Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Remoli Flowers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

Flower Selections  

The client may change flower choices up to three weeks prior to the event. Please note, that any major changes to designs and flower selections, will be subject to availability and may result in a price change. 

Remoli Flowers Promise  

We will endeavour to fulfil the client’s order. In the event of a certain flower or plant material being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance and out of our control, Remoli Flowers at our own discretion will select the closest matching flowers or plant material as possible. 

Cancellations   

1. The client may cancel the booking in writing up to 2 months prior to the event for a full refund. 

2. Should the client cancel the booking any time thereafter, a 50% charge of the total quote plus $200 administration fee will apply. 

Insurance  

Remoli Flowers will holds public liability insurance up to the sum of $20,000,000.  

Work, Health and Safety   

Remoli Flowers is committed to providing a professional and friendly working environment for the benefit of our staff and clients.  

We will treat you with all respect and expect the same in return. In the extreme event should a venue/event become unsafe in any way, Remoli Flowers reserves the right to cancel the installation and will not be held liable for costs incurred. 

Remoli Flowers Property  

All materials used other than the plant material remain the property of Remoli Flowers unless otherwise stated. The client will ensure all care is taken to prevent loss or damages. If there is no prior collection arranged, the client agrees to return all hired materials within 7 days after the event to Remoli Flowers. 

In the event of damage or loss of the property, the client must pay for the replacement of the item at current cost. 

Governing Law 

We comply with all relevant Australian  Laws, including Australian Consumer Law.

Return and Refund Policy

 Returns and Refunds 

  1. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery or time of purchase, by contacting Remoli Flowers 0492 335 370 or emailing: remoliflowers@outlook.com.au
  2. All complaints will be responded to no later than one business day.
  3. At our discretion, evidence of fault will be required, either by providing  clear photos or the item being returned. 
  4. Where the product is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
  5. We will not refund because of change of mind.
  6. We  will not be held responsible for any damaged or loss caused through negligence or poor handling once they have left our care. 
  7. We will not refund or be held liable for any loss caused by any unforeseen events, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
